Jill is our access point and manages our calendar. She can reach us at all times or can get the appropiate person involved to help you. Jill monitors the process of your transaction from start to closing and will act as a liason between you and our team. Jill also helps with our mailings and special evens such as Coffee and Chat. |
Melanie audits our paperwork and makes sure we have all necessary documentation to move forwared without any glitches. Melanie will be in touch with you when the appraisel is completed and if any additonal documentation is needs to be completed. |
Linda is in charge of the most important step in the mortgage process - The Grand Finale!! Linda coordinates your closing with the title company and insurance provider, then prepares the entire file for the closing. She will be in touch to confirm the closing appointment, go over payments a final time, and discuss funds that may need to be brought to closing. |
